Concrete floors, walls and structures often need protection from moisture, chemicals and wear. Yet smooth, cured concrete surfaces can be challenging for coatings because the pores are small and there is little for a mechanical bond to grip. NanoPrime™ overcomes this challenge by chemically bonding to cured concrete, creating a high‑adhesion base for topcoats even on smooth substrates.

The primer’s patented formulation reacts with the concrete surface, forming a chemical bond that locks onto the substrate. This bond is much stronger than a mechanical grip and provides excellent adhesion on smooth or polished concrete. It also helps seal micro‑cracks and pores, preventing moisture ingress and ensuring that the topcoat adheres uniformly.

Because NanoPrime bonds chemically, it provides a solid foundation for heavy‑duty topcoats on floors and high‑traffic areas. The primer’s strong adhesion enables the coating system to withstand abrasion, impact and chemical exposure, extending the life of the concrete and reducing maintenance costs.
